Bastard Operator from Hell returns...sort of

Well about 5 years ago the BOfH was the highlight of my time (read "time" in much the same was as in "'time'" done in Sing-Sing") as an operations technician. He's a sort of kinder gentler Vlad the Impaler....well, maybe just kinder...barely.
